DSA was appointed in 2015 to demolish an existing Georgian property as it no longer met the client’s needs and instructed to create a long-term dream replacement dwelling.

This luxurious 5,000 sq ft home is located in a much sought-after area of Leicestershire. It stands comfortably on a site of half an acre with decorous landscaped gardens that respect the enforced Tree Preservation Order on the site. The property overlooks one of Leicester’s leading golf courses.
