A typical 1950’s semi detached house on the outskirts of Leicester needed a transformation in order for the clients to enjoy and retire to their desired property. The site benefits from a stunning garden but the property did not make use of this quality.
DSA were instructed to carry out a larger rear extension under permitted development. The proposed scheme complimented the existing property whilst creating a light and airy extension which catered for the new kitchen, living and dining room they longed.
