Maison Homes purchased the rear garden to a property situated on the A47 as well as the access leading to the rear.
DSA were instructed to maximise the value of the site by creating 2No. properties which would cater for families in the area. The two properties are based on two and half floors and creates great use if a small site whilst creating comfortable living spaces.
The site struggled with poor ground conditions due to the number of trees originally on the site, however the team were able to create a scheme which met the brief and beyond.
